Temperature knob turns extremely smoothly, effortlessly. It takes a while to cook since it uses little power - but that's the downside.

I use a small thin glass plate instead of provided tray, to reduce my exposure to aluminum sickness that some call memory loss. Also great for small snack on tiny tray.

Toasting is a big disappointment. The toast comes out very unevenly toasted. No control except timer for toasting.

Small size is its only attribute, fire safety is not. This thing is smaller than a kids size easy bake oven. It is extremely compact and too small.
