Pros

Great product. Being stainless steel, it's quick and easy. It's a little bulky for my small hands, but that's fine. Really really pleased with this.

It takes a minute or two to reach the desired chilliness. Chills my coffee in 5-7 minutes. It cools my hot coffee and espressos quickly without diluting it.

This hyperchiller solves the biggest problem with making iced coffee with a single-serve machine. Watered down coffee no more! No longer watering down my coffee in the morning for iced coffee.

Cons

The plastic screw top routinely pops loose from it's threads and will not re-tighten until room temperature. Hope they figure it out because i don't want to go back to brewing a cup the night before, putting in fridge overnight and then enjoying it!
