Pros

This smokeless grill is absolutely great for grilling in doors. Nonstick and easy to clean. It's not a ton of smoke, but it's definitely enough smoke to not be a smokeless grill.

Cons

This is great if you like to wait for 40 minutes or so to grill a burger. Very uneven heat. Just disappointing to have it delivered this way.

I am very happy with this grill.

It’s better to know what people don’t like about this and evaluate if it’s one odd case or if this is no good product.

But a little bit of advice to the need for the "floating" hinge --- you really don't need it.

It's just what i was looking for a an excellent price.

This grill is excellent, especially considering its price.

Shipping

The return for that one was easy and the next one came in an undamaged box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and inside another shipping box.

Packaging/appearance

The only downside is that you can’t lift the top to hinge down on the sandwich instead of forward.

I don't know if it got broken while packaging or shipping, but when i got it, it was broken.

The instructions said that everything but the electrical cord and temperature control dial could be easily washed in the the sink.
