Edit 3/4/24 a replacement was sent immediately.

Note: when i unpacked it, i thought the steaming container was warped.
Arrived broken, but we will see how the replacement arrives.

I have gone to using a measuring cup to judge the amount of steaming water needed as i know the chamber holds 2 cups for an hour of steaming

Oh by the way the heating element will not rust if you completely dry the water bowl after use and do not put it away wet

The 1st bowl could fit tighter on the steamer

The side plastic water spouts work well for adding water but not convenient for lifting the unit because they arent attached

It would also help if someone could design a steamer where the heaterwater container can separate from the unit
