Pros

Cool-touch handles and clear tempered glass lid. Comes with a specially in a measuring cup. I meal prep a lot so having 3 cups of rice is exactly the right ratio for the number of meals i need.

The standout feature is the 304 surgical-grade stainless steel pot. Stainless steel is a big plus for me to eliminate those pfas concerns. The stainless steel inner pot is a game-changer.

This rice cooker makes cooking rice absolutely foolproof. The coating-free design ensures a healthier cooking experience. Doesn't splatter when cooking.

Cons

After 3 1/2 mos. Very misleading. Will contact seller.

Overflowed goopy hot mess. Pain to clean up after, goopy sloppy rice overflow all down the cabinets and onto the floor. The black coating is starting to peel off.

Box says 10 cup, but inside says 5 cup. Says it's for 6 cup on the box and the stainless-steel pot is for 3 cups max. This means you can cook only 2 1/4 cup raw rice using the smaller cooler.

Rice sticks but if you if fill with soap and water immediately, it comes right off.

Lid handle appears to be plastic and the screw used to attach it looks like aluminum.
