Pros

This counter popcorn machine is perfect for small batch popping. One batch makes a little less than a bag of microwave popcorn so we make 3 batches for 3 of us to share. Very little unpopped corn left also.

Im only reviewing this because ive just realized ived owned this machine for 11 years. It is just the right size as to not take up a ton of counter space, it is easy to assemble and easy to clean.

This popcorn popper is easy and fun for them to use without papa's help. You have great tasting popcorn just like the movie theaters make.

Cons

It pops such a small amount, i can't imagine there being any un served popcorn between batches. After making around half a dozen batches of pre measured packets of 2. Oz popcorn, the result is mostly unpopped popcorn kernals.

This machine makes rubbery popcorn, tastes stale and is chewy. It produces enough popped corn for one person.

This machine warns not to put butter in the kettle, but i had to try my way.

To the person that will be cleaning it go to home depot get the pink stuff paste.

Even though this unit is sort of a gimick / replica of a theater unit, the ease of use and excellent flavor of the popcorn is a big bonus.

Two ingredients: we use a measure of olive oil and a scoop of kernals.

Ive thrown all sorts of kernals and oils at this thing witout problems.
