It is exactly how it was described it does the job i needed it for very pleased with the product
My expectations were low since the price point is so low, i wasn't anticipating high quality but it works like a charm with no issues.
All you need to do is twist off the immersion bottom piece with the rotor blades and put in the dishwasher!
Price
It works well and has a great price.
Since they are essential for this process, i was glad to find this one at a cheap price!

But make sure that you dont blend something too thick because it is made with very light and cheap plastic that doesnt seem very durable

Surprisingly the device wanted to sink into the bottom as if it pulled the liquid out
