Because of the ugly seal my wife insisted on replacing it with the same model (because she liked the old one so much).
I've had no trouble with the water level indicator window leaking, or the auto-shut off function ceasing to work.

The price was good and i think it was a good choice.
Is non existent and you deserve to go out of business.

After using this same model a lot for over 6 years it started to leak around one of the plastic view windows a problem some other users have pointed out

I sealed it with some gorilla glue which worked ok but left an ugly seal i should have used an instant gel
