Below my expectations by a longshot. No response. I have zero confidence that they are ever going to make things right. Do not buy.
The third one is a used and damaged one. It looks like they don't care about their customers. I wish amazon could do something about this.
The printed instructions are extremely unclear. For the most part fairly intuitive, just tedious. Also, beware of the corners while pulling the fabric to attach to the velcro. The beams are definitely not easily to fix in this product.
The alr material creates hot spots near the bottom of screen that are quite noticeable. It's almost like splotches from a bad paint job. The screen has a bright glare line down the center from my projector’s laser. Once the projector was on the screen... Read More

1) the drywall anchors that are included with the product are absolute garbage.

Shipping was great, and once installed, it was very easy to mount.
Packaging/appearance
Honestly i had no idea it included a light strip, so i was pleasantly surprised when i saw that in the packaging.
If you're going to spend big on a projector, don't cheap out on the screen.
To put edge border up you literally need to put screws into the back wrapped around portion of the screen.
The packaging and instructions were great and the screen arrived sooner than expected.
Competitiveness
Purchased this screen after trying a low cost one.
I would’ve preferred the tension bar system of the version 2.
