Delivery was on time, maybe even a day early and the driver brought it down to the house.

Packaging/appearance

Bought this for my son's bedroom for christmas and it looks amazing.

It arrived in perfect condition, was easy to install on the ceiling with the brackets i bought from the same brand (also on amazon).

I received the screen and it had a huge hole in the box.

Competitiveness

I tried another brand and this definitely seemed to be better quality.

I think this looks as good as my other 135" elite screen which has more expensive material.

Elite screens has one but i ordered a different (cheaper) brand from amazon that came overnight and works perfectly.

Elite screens was more than happy to replace it or give me a reduction on the price i paid.
