Video looks clean and crisp against the screen and the screen is heavy enough to maintain a wrinkle/crease free appearance. Screen is well even, flat, and had shown no distortions. It has one wrinkle, i hope that goes away with time.

Inch screen is being used in my game room. My other home theater is another elite screen but is their 150-inch version. This 120 model has a notable under the hood improvement. It gives you some vertical flexibility and a 124 diagonal at 16:9.

Cons

The warranty of this screen is 2 years. Zero customer support and a faulty design makes for a bad experience when you need this screen to work. No help on saturday morning from elite 800 number. In fact, the actual sale price on amazon.

Unhappy is an understatement. Now the holiday home movie watching plan is ruined. Very disappointing. Not worth the money.

I did have a little bit of a hassle with shipping, i ended up having to drive 45 miles to the shipping wearhouse to pick it up.

Packaging/appearance

The screen was well packed and arrived intact and undamaged.

Mine came without damages to the box or product and all hardware included.

I received the screen and it had a huge hole in the box.

Competitiveness

I tried another brand and this definitely seemed to be better quality.

I think this looks as good as my other 135" elite screen which has more expensive material.

I previously tried a cheaper version of another screen that i returned.

Elite screens has one but i ordered a different (cheaper) brand from amazon that came overnight and works perfectly.
