Pros

It has a nice slow retracting mechanism. Smooth screen retraction feature that prevents rapid movement. Completely wrinkle free and in good shape.

Screen is perfect for home theater, gaming, and football games. Easily adjustable so you can fit the picture into a full screen width and height by manipulating the projector zoom and screen.

Great product - easy installation, incredible picture, and flawless operation of the slow retract feature. Fits nicely between the deck supports and fills the gap perfectly. Was easy to setup.

There is so much wringing of hands about screens' flatness, wrinkles, and warps.

That coupled with the low price makes this a great buy.

I did go for upgraded bolts for the mounting, and 5 bucks later am happy having done so.
