Pros
Shocking great and installed from ceiling with 2 eye hooks and two links. Set it up outside, prepared to face the consequences of it being placed outdoors.
The build is pretty solid and seems to last long. The soft/slow-close action is really nice & it's easy to pull down and lock into place. Feels sturdy. For the price and how great it looks i'm very impressed.
Cons
Shipping was a disaster, they use a company called nsd which is so unprofessional. Not even worth the return shipping just to wait another 3 weeks for another potential broken screen. Stick with steward screens.
The problem is i mounted it and it's painful to take it off and return. It stops about 8 inches before the case. The screen doesnt roll back up completely, it stops rolling back up with like 1 foot left.
The screen creases easily. Frame around screen very thin and flimsy. Also the odor isn't that strong.

Shipping
I watched this one for about 6 months to get it for less than $200 (incl shipping) but it was well worth it.

I did have a little bit of a hassle with shipping, i ended up having to drive 45 miles to the shipping wearhouse to pick it up.
Packaging/appearance
This picture was taken a minute after hanging the screen.
I received the screen and it had a huge hole in the box.
Competitiveness
I had a budget ($60) 100 inch screen for my vankyo v630w projector which worked pretty well in dark room.
I would highly recomend getting a screen for your projector,specially if its 4k.

We bought a 11 so that we could hang it higher but pull it down lower just bought the width that worked

In hindsight should close it when not using it aka it will stretch out and not return into the unit

Mine failed due to me not rolling it up more even when in the sun and weather it stayed dark black and awesome for the costs
