Works best on the med-wide & long thumbsticks. Grip is great, the thumb toppers are excellent as well. Protects most of controller's surface from wear and tear.

Cons

This skin is slippery actually making it harder to grip. The rubber is loose and tends to slide around on the grips. There isn't an elevated grip out of all 6 that come with it.
