Pros

Elixirs are great last forever and silky smooth for acoustic strings. They make a nice, loud, and dynamic sound. They are more forgiving on my fingers than the factory ones.

Cons

The coating on these strings completely nullifies any of the string technology itself. My g string is visibly fuzzy from the flakes of nanoweb hanging off. You can't flake them off.
