Pros
The dual tempature is a great feature. Reheated quickly too. I am happy with the dual temperatures, they heat just right to not damage my delicate crafts.
It's my first cordless glue gun and it is so much better than the cheapie corded one i used previously. It is cordless but you have to leave it on the charger power stand.
Cons
This glue gun is very difficult to use. It drips a ton of glue and the glue just comes out it big glop's when you squeeze the trigger.
This glue gun only stays warm for about 5 minutes off the base. It needs to return to the base to reheat which is a nuisance. It's nice that it’s cordless, but it doesn't work well at all.

Now the drip tray is fantastic although the glue gone rarely drips.

My old glue gun would drip glue in a constant stream from the tip when heating and i had to keep a dish underneath to catch the drippings this one does not drip at all

The dual temp options is really handy because the hot setting is very hot and completely melts the glue but the lower heat setting leaves the melted glue a little thicker and easier to work with

The high setting definitely gets glue hot and it did melt a plastic type material i was using to make a decoration
