Pros

Perfect solution for trim and hardwood flooring. Easy to use with your finger or a putty knife. Fantastic stuff, works extremely well.

Best of all, it is not like play dough, but more like a moister substance. Its only downfall is its lid. Takes a while to dry so thicker repairs take time and can be a bit messy.

Get yourself some cheap putty knives and sandpaper on amazon and some tarps to lay down if needed. It is easy to sand. Sands well, takes stain or paint.

Cons

Also had issues with staining. Tried sanding again with 120 and 220 and same issue. It’s not the consistency of peanut butter as expected.

Spreads with grains in filler distorting thin layers of attempt smooth application. At least whoever manufactures those knows how to make a proper container. To make it not dry out between uses, i have to tape all around the lid.

So, regardless of good bulk prices, i recommend you buy only what you think you'll need.

But after mixing it it’s quite good value for the money.

Competitiveness

I'm a wood butcher (woodworker), and have tried may other products and find i like elmer's the best.

I've used a few other types of wood fillers and found most of them don't stand up well over time.
