Price
First, i love the price, it's packed with higest spec for less money.
Shipping
To no avail, i was sent a 2-day shipping slip via email, in which i sent my pc to their factory in delaware.
Although i initially gave it a 2 star, once they did get into contact with me and i had the laptop sent, it was a very fast process.
Packaging/appearance
I really like the slim design of the labtop with a powerful set of hardware components.
Was working completely fine until about 4 weeks ago it shut down completely.
My 1 year old niece dragged her grimy toddler hands across the top and it looked like the day i pulled it out of the box.
Competitiveness
Plus, it is always nice to see a new company strive in the market full of competition.
It's a few hundred dollars cheaper than other similarly spec'd laptops.
I9, 2070 super, 1tb ssd, 32gb ram was about $2300, vs $2500-3000 for same specs on the competitors.
I bought this laptop to power a pimax 8kx vr headset.

Okay so after dealing with customer service they were pretty swift in sending me a replacement laptop
