So far, no complaints and am very satisfied with the purchase.
Camera quality is good but placement turned out more troublesome then expected.
I am just ecstatic about the quality.
Price
First, i love the price, it's packed with higest spec for less money.
Shipping
To no avail, i was sent a 2-day shipping slip via email, in which i sent my pc to their factory in delaware.
Although i initially gave it a 2 star, once they did get into contact with me and i had the laptop sent, it was a very fast process.
Packaging/appearance
I really like the slim design of the labtop with a powerful set of hardware components.
However there is a bright pixel on the screen.
Was working completely fine until about 4 weeks ago it shut down completely.
My 1 year old niece dragged her grimy toddler hands across the top and it looked like the day i pulled it out of the box.
Competitiveness
Plus, it is always nice to see a new company strive in the market full of competition.
It's a few hundred dollars cheaper than other similarly spec'd laptops.

Dont get me wrong when you are playing a game youre going to want to wear headphones as the fans do get loud

It’s great to have the option to limit power to the cpu and gpu in exchange for very low fan noise or max out the power to both eluktroboost really does let them run wild with power and have max frame rates but louder fans

I sent a message to eluktronics and the response was that their policy allows up to 1 dead or bright pixel per million

They do have protection plans you can purchase to cover dead or bright pixels but only products purchased through their website can be covered

I am disappointed that i will have to settle for a premium laptop with a bright pixel in the middle of the screen
