I am very happy with the product and the customer service.

Build quality is better than i expected for the price.

Well it turns out my cpu wasn't to happy with the 165mv undervolt, bsod randomly.

Happy with the hardware, just manage your expectations with chassis build quality.

You can play these games on higher graphics settings, but you just won't get higher framerates.

The heat feels like it’s mostly top center so my left hand doesn’t get roasted on the wasd keys.

The cooling is good and i think better than some larger brand competitors.

I was sceptical about some eluktronics brand.

The laptop did not have a logo at all, as in the eluktronics logo, and the stickers, for the intel and graphics card are not put on.

The lg display cannot be changed from its default 144hz mode.
