In the case of this laptop i had a problem on my end with the wifi connection and they went out of their way to get my hookup to work right going so far as to replace the wireless card with a different version the same one as in my first eluktronics laptop for free

You have to change your display to the large monitor only to get the higher fps if you leave the laptop monitor on along with the external monitor it will only get 60
