Within a few minutes, i realized that we could get the files off ourselves for only $10 with this device.
Shipping
I purchased 2 initially, then got two more a week later.
Packaging/appearance
It took more to unpack the package than installation.
I dont mind the clear box but maybe a solid color choice might be nice.
Competitiveness
I tried 2 different sabrent enclosures with the same results.
Stupidly i purchased the orico external drive enclosure- and found out the eluteng and the orico are made in the same factory.
Both computers were toshiba satellites, but the hard drives were very different.
People complain about other brands of like cases having covers that are hard to slide off.

I thought the drive was defected and crucial replaced it under warranty
