Pros

Extra hardware was included. Love the product so far. They’re nice and chic. It makes you look classy.

I have a small room and it’s perfect to have a dual purpose luggage stand! I own a vacation rental and my guests love them! They don't take up a ton of room.

The laundry bag is nice so guests don’t have to put soiled laundry with clean items. It has a pouch in front for dirty close or other things your guest may need to store. Something to set their suitcases on, and something to toss their laundry in.

Cons

One of the horizontal bars was inserted backwards and can't be changed as it is bolted to the webbing. No customer support available for a replacement part. Very inconvenient when i needed the item for guests who just arrived.

Not hard to assemble, good quality, folds away easily.

It’s easy to put together and very sturdy.

One works well, but the other was missing the holes to insert the back side of the laundry basket, making the basket useless.

Poor quality control, and now i have only one complete rack instead of the two i payed for and expected.

Price

These are really nice i have to say and to get two for this price i think is a real bargain.

I held off on buying some because of the cost, and i'm glad that i did because then i found these.

Packaging/appearance

Easy to read instructions and all parts and pieces packaged and marked great!

We were able to straighten them enough to insert the connecting parts, but would have expected either better packaging or better handling.

I love how they came packaged with the letter stickers on the plastic of each piece instead of directly on the pieces themselves.
