Pros
The fabric for the inserts is thick and durable and although they look a little wrinkled in the photos they have since smoothed out a bit. It comes with 4 casters, 2 of which have locking wheels.

They were easy to put together and are surprisingly pretty sturdy.
Very pleased with the weight and water-resistant coating of the bag, and metal tubing seems sturdy.
I don & doff these shoes several times every day and didn't want to lose my valuable shoe space.
Doesn't take up much room and no longer trying to keep the handles from falling out of the closet!

As other reviewers have mentioned near the top of the bag on the inside there are 2 velcro strips and the rough loop sides are a little long and not covered so your clothes could catch and snag if you dont stick on some sort of fabric or soft velcro strips that you might have on hand
