Cons

For me this ruins the brand that i thought ember was. Inherently that creates some issues. This is the least they could have done just to show good faith and reasonable customer service.

The device shuts off on me (when docked) after setting temp, and when i pick up the mug an hour later it's cold. If you're a lefty, this mug is not for you.

The coffee saucer has terrible battery life. The battery life is also very short off the charger. Maintains temperature alright, but for only 2 hours.
