Pros
Easy to mix, easy to spray. Great idea for mixing neem oil.
Used for spider mites on my succulents ficus, and jasmines. My tomatoes are without damage from bugs and the bees are still pollinating my berries. Solved my gnat problem almost instantly.
The bottle is well made and easy to use. The nozzle adjusts and works perfectly for spritzing or a heavier spray. Refills are available but expensive. You get several bottles worth!
No clogs or spurting. Uses to subdue mold. Safe for pets and humans.
Cons
The bottle leaks as you use it and drips the whole time causing product to go everywhere. My suggestion is to positively identify the pest, and research the best treatment for that particular pest. This stuff is not good for bees.

Everything you need is included ( neem oil, soap, & spray bottle) application is easy & worked quickly to rid my plant of mealy bugs.
Very easy to use and is very effective at deterring pests, also plants seem to love it.
Gnats are awful and somehow we developed a near infestation that probably came from the organic potting soil we used for our house plants.
Over a week after using this product, still not seeing any aphids returning.

All natural and organic no plant burn a little bit pricey because you dont get alot of packets only reason im giving 4 stars and not 5
It's a bit pricey for the easy to mix contents, but i really wanted another spray bottle!
I really think it works well, but it is expensive for what you get.

I love that instead of a full bottle of something that is mostly water, this has 4 pairs of packets that make it super easy to refill.
The convenience of the packaging sold me - and it is reasonably priced.
The packets are convenient for refill without stocking a bunch of bottles.

I discovered neem oil but finding pure neem oil that can be used as a spray is difficult because it’s not stable in a waterbased solution
