Pros

Lights work well and dimming is awesome. No buzzing, no flickering. Easy install and flicker free with cree bulbs.

Cons

The bad it causes an 3-4 hertz pulsing in my lights. The ge dimmer does not. The only way around the ramping issue is to set the switch to switch mode which also removes all dimming ability.
