Pros

Good new design switch has dimmer in built in to switch. Down is always off and up is always on. The illuminated toggle is also very useful, especially for outdoor lights. Dimming action is somewhat faster than might be ideal for fine adjustments.

Overall a little pricy, but worth it. I have this paired with another of the ge switch.

Says zigbee/zwave compatible, however to be compatible it requires another component, it's like selling a wifi computer that needs a wifi card. Instructions are incomplete and there is no amazon returns.
