This is the second weatherproof plus smart receptacle that i've purchased. Top outlet is always on; bottom is z-wave controlled. It has a factory reset with that button as well.

Ge outlets fail to deliver regardless of my level of patience. Relay fails after 12 to 18 months resulting in a constant loud clicking and power being momentarily turned on/off to anything plugged in. I was happy with these until they prematurely fail... Read More
Device is very strange - there is no factory reset option. After a utility outage the device is offline and dead. Will not stay connected.
It seems cheaply designed and made.

Bought this because in the qas and in reviews customers said the face plate could be swapped with almond color

The only problem with this is that it doesnt have backwiring its the pushin wiring type that doesnt securely hold the wires
