Second smart switch that has died on me, both on during an outage. Received one switch, no faceplate or installation screws. Jasco refuses to provide the updated firmware to fix this defective product.
This smart switch stuff is a racket. This product is terrible. This is incorrect.

Other brands i have used have had quite a delay in responding to a sent command

Only complaint is if you back out the ground screw you might as well throw it out didnt try other screws out of this fear so be careful itll never thread back in yes instructions say dont do that but ive never seen a switch this physically fragile
