Pros

Works well in zigbee groups for synchronized dimming. Dimming action is a little faster than id like for fine adjustments.

Original faceplate fits perfectly. Extremely easy to install. Product is fantastic so far.

Add-on switch wiring is very simple, once you have mapped out own house wiring. Just add a jumper to the other switch and connect them together.

Cons

The dimmer isn't great, but the dimmer in it is frustrating. It is not 3-way compatible unless you buy an add on switch. These switches kept telling me i didn't have a hub.

The range of the dimmer is not adjustable and the range between 1% and 99% is imperceptible. It causes some of the worst flickering (strobing, really) i've ever seen in popular led fixtures. The switch itself flickers my led lighting in any position o... Read More

Did the same thing with the neutral and the ground.

No need to cram 3,4,5 neutral wires together in the box with the same twist cap.

Only thing that’s not great is the price.

Packaging/appearance

I just cut the wires off the wemo switch and used them to connect this switch.

Competitiveness

I replaced a lutron with this and so far so good.

I have ordered 2 more to replace the other two wemo switches i have.

Inovelli can only handle somewhere around 300 to 400w, depending on how you configure the tabs.
