This is a mains powered zigbee repeater for your mesh system. This generation of product is also much smaller which is a definite plus.
Cons
The enbrighten zigbee outlet receptacle 43102 is extremely unforgiving when it comes to pairing it to your hub. Maybe it was designed on purpose by a disgruntled team. Did not work with philips hue hub.

Both dimmer outlets were very easy to add to my smartthings home device list just plug into an outlet near the smartthings hub go to the smartthings app on your phone select add device select scan qr code then scan the code on the plugin outlet itself or on the box that it came in

Note the tabledesk lamp sets have 2 usb charging ports on each lamp i suggest you do not use them with a dimmable outlet like this enbrighten outlet as it could damage whatever device you are trying to recharge

Instead get something like touch usb crystal rose gold lamp set of 2 3way touch crystal lamps with dual usb ports dimmable nightstand desk light where the touch dimmer is for the lamp only not the usb charging ports

Following the outdated instructions in the box had a world of trouble getting the network and then alexa to recognize the device
