Combat is way too slow - the fast forward button speeds the attacks up to what should have been the standard speed.

The game is fairly easy and forgiving die in battle and you can retry or load a save file

This not a bad thing and lets you try different strategies in battle since you know you can retry a different method if you do lose

The only thing you need to watch for is your character vp if vp drops to zero for any character they become useless since their hp and ep drops to one

The game is about 3560 hours long depending on how much side stuff you do and if you complete the holy beast shrine
