Pros
The comgrow pei sheet magnetic flexible heated bed with pei spring steel has truly stood out as a game-changer. This is an awesome print bed, and cheap mod to keep printer maintenance to a minimum! Great upgrade to my ender 3 v2 neo's bed.
Highly recommend this build surface. Worth the purchase. It's kinda nutty how well it works. Would definitely buy again.
Single sided pei sheet. Works great on the textured side. Adhesion with pla is just as consistent.
Decided to give this a shot after recommendation. none really. Edited sticks great. You won't be disappointed.
Cons
Tried washing it with dish soap and 91% ipa as suggested with the same result. No adhesion using pla filament, even after trying many different settings and leveling and re-leveling the bed multiple times.
The film was removed. Not pla. Not abs. There is no other reason than the plate is junk. The new one chipped off again.

Textured finish creates excellent surface with no lifting concerns using pla+ with no adhesives.
My print quality hasn’t gone up, but my number of failed print due to bed adhesion has definitely gone down.
I've been printing on my ender 3 for 5 years and recently had tons of issues with the first layer not sticking.

This item is great value, and the magnets are top of the line.
For the price, you really can't beat it and its a fantastic upgrade to any printer!
If you have a first gen ender 3 i can't recommend enough and the price is right 👍
Worth the price if you damaged the old plate or just wanted a newer one

This sheet got here fast and i'm perfect condition.
Competitiveness
In reality having a double sided plate is better than having two separate plates to deal with in a confined workspace.

I went through a couple of the stock style magnetic bed mats and while they had good adhesion i had a lot of issues with them

First my prints would almost be stuck too good and id have to scrape them off the bed

Second my last bed mat developed air bubbles all over it which led to high spots everywhere

Id pop them with a knife on the underside just to have 5 more appear during the next print

I ordered this it popped right on to my existing magnetic base from the stock bed mat and i ran a test print
