Although made in china, it is well fabricated with heavy duty stainless steel. I like that all these parts are stainless steel (won't rust) i'm delighted with the purchase and it's not the seller/manufacturer's fault that this product is so heavy duty... Read More

After steaming the cauliflower, it's so quick and easy to mash up with this ricer. Made very good mashed potatoes, no lumps and no electric mixer anymore.

H hooks on the end of the ricer that secure it to the side of a pot are a plus. Metal tab opposite the handle makes it great for resting on the pot when making spazle.

It is sturdy, easy to squeeze and cleaned up very easily. Cleans pretty easily, too.

Cons

I think the problem is that because it is a jumbo size, i did not have the strength to put it through.
