Pros

Gel pens deliver the fluidity of liquid ink and the precision of gel ink. The most impressive characteristic is how quickly the ink dries and resists smearing. I always find a gel takes longer to dry on anything with a sheen.

A retractable pen eliminates the need of removing and keeping up with a cap. The barrel easily unscrews for replacement of the ink cartridge. These pens are refillable.

The assorted ink colors add a fun and vibrant touch. The colors are bold and distinct. Sometimes i need another non-black/blue color to differentiate something.
