One tablet also has 25mg zinc which is the amount of zinc i supplement on top of a daily multivitamin not wanting over 40mg daily total of zinc

These are fairly large tablets like a vitamin e size pill

They were a bit hard for me to swallow and i had to take another supplement capsule that floats to the back of your throat and is easy to swallow to help push these down
