The compartment where you put the insert for your medical needs ect opens up randomly letting the insert fall out if you don't know its fallen out someone would open it to find nothing in their making the medical alert bracelet pointless.

I didnt like a black bracelet but this was my only choice offeredthe snap closure compartment where you add the note of your illness in is questionable

There is no way to make the bracelet shorter for thin wrists
