Cons
The cooling effect is just a bummer. What a deception. This pillow is the furthest thing from cooling. You have to open the pillow each time and fluff the cotton piece which wonts stay long anyway.

They stay puffy and never go flat, they mold to my head and neck perfectly 🥰
For me, it was way too thick, almost 5" high with my head on it!
I have bought so many pillows lately only to return them all!

- it is comes stock pretty full of foam, plus it comes with additional foam!

Cons you should probably be aware that youre going to receive it stuffed at the maximum
