Pros
While my pillow is flat enough to be comfy it's still really supportive. Great for side sleepers, which i am.
Cons
It’s still as lumpy as a folded fitted sheet. These pillows look and fell amazing, but i have never put my face on it. Any foam pillow ive tried basically *.
Memory foam holds memory for a few seconds after pressing down on it. After one year they are flat and not supportive. They are extremely uncomfortable for us unless we are able to remove some filling (which we cannot! The zippers are stuck.
Smells very bad and sheds hairlike particles. Even after washing and drying it for 2 hrs, even after airing it in the sun for 3 hrs, they smell terrible. It says to “fluff” it in the dryer for 10 minutes.

It is well made, and you can add/remove filling as desired for your own needs.
These pillows are “heavy” and very well made.
I gifted these to my ex a few days before we broke up.
My head is being cradled evenly with my shoulder while i type.
Price
I really thought i was taking a gamble getting these pillows, as the price was suspiciously good.
Good value for the money, and the pillows are soft but supportive.
I have spent a lot of money on pillows.
Shipping
Two years later, i'm delighted to report that these pillows remain as impeccable as the day they arrived.
Also good customer servicei requested more stuffing & they sent quickly.
Packaging/appearance
They came packaged in a tiny little box and i was very suspect of them.
Remove from the packaging and toss in the dryer.
Included in box was an extra package of stuffing that i could add to the pillow.
Competitiveness
Cover on these pillows better than other brands.
I've tried all the top rated brands with the hope of finding a truly great pillow.
Frankly, if i would have found these before i bought my other much more expensive pillows, i might have bought these instead.

Pillow came with some fluffy material and a sold lump inside

If you follow directions and put it in the dryer and pull apart some of the lumps it comes out perfect

A quick cycle through the dryer really fluffed it up and didnt really notice that much of a 34smell34 from it

I have a dog too and she slept right through the night on one without moving around like she normally did with 34her34 old pillow
