It holds quite a few things for me on the hosp. It is well made and hold a thermos of coffee easily. Its durability is pretty nice, fits most cups, stays level.

Cons

The cup holder is only about an inch deep, too, so any cups i put in it sit very precariously. The part where the drink goes in the holder is a clip that clasps onto the side of the desk. Very flimsy clamp as well.
