Pros
Reviewer says it fits his steelseries headset perfectly. The stand for the headset is a bit flimsy but still works. The usb ports are nice to charge more than one headset as well as a controller. The charger works great.
Four usb ports work flawlessly, as a laptop gamer and streamer, i need every port i can get. The multi color mode looks pretty dang cool. The rgb is a nice touch and it sounds awsome for its price.
Cons
There are no real instructions on how to get the neck to firmly seat into the holes. Very flimsy with a heavier gaming headset. It falls over all the time!
Don't waste your money.

Just like a few others have said if you have a heavier headset it does bend a little
