Great as muffins, donuts and much more. Much to my dismay, the mix has been discontinued by the company.

This muffin mix tastes better than my own efforts and is so much easier!
Plain or with chips added was even a big win for non vegan coworkers!
A bit tricky to bake as the timing is uncertain, but the muffins are light and very tasty.
