" when i went to install my first heater, i gathered the normal tools…a level, tape measure, drill, screwdriver, etc.

This thing is quieter than a mouse, i hear no noise at all when working.

There are also electrical punch-out holes on the back of the heater for people who want a direct wired heater with no exposed outlet.

By the time i get in the office at 7:30-8am it is already 62-65 degrees.

Packaging/appearance

Attached is a photo of our newly installed heater from amazon along with a video showing me unboxing and installing the heater.

But then i was pleasantly surprised to find that the box insert doubles as an installation template that rests against the wall and floor.

Shipping and packaging were excellent, and the installation instructions and template are sufficient but could be better designed.
