Base is wide and steady to hold phone. But turn out, screw is more securely hold the phone. Perfect for homeschooling or zoom meetings etc.

It is very well engineered. The versatility is nice on the different angles you can set it. Its pretty sturdy, held up my iphone 12 pro just fine.

It's very compact but expands to a very tall height. Took me a few days of yanking to finally loosen it up to get the full 54' extension. Suggest to include clip to adjust base.

The tri-pod is lightweight and packed right into my trendy sling backpack. Comes with a soft carry case which is nice also. Traveling and had it inside our backpack.

Cons

The down side is in the twisting to tighten of each level gets confusing. Instructions are not clear and the pictures are very small. The lack of leg adjustment means it can't be used on uneven surfaces effectively.
