The water tastes lovely, the size of the jug and it is very easy to use. The only downside is that the jug is too big to fit in my fridge door. I admit the actual jug itself is a bit flimsy, the quality of the water is exceptional.
Cons
Attractively designed ornamental water jug of little practical use. It's too loose and there's been occasions when the entire thing was come off whilst pouring. I am also not impressed with the amount of scale left in the kettle.
Not worth the expense or hassle imo.

Whilst the cartridge is a little pricey the quality of the water is excellent.
No more plastic water bottles so this jug makes my water fresh especially with the filter!
Other than that i have only good things to say about this product.
Bought the previous model which i was more than happy with.
Price
Is this the best thing i have bought in a long time.
Across a year, the cost is pretty equivalent.
Competitiveness

However as noticed by others do not try and pour water out of the unit until it as filtered through as the top came off very easy

Many years later i done the same again i researched and seen newer jugs on the market whom state they are the best after diving into the details i soon concluded that these jugs remove everything from the water which is not helpful as you need certain elements as they are required for your body to maintain
