Cutting board is bent in the middle. It rotates by itself while attempting to cut food items. After about 3 uses the board started to warp, and like other reviews have said, after they warp, they get very loud when chopping.

My epicurean all-in-one cutting board is damaged. Feet no longer touch the counter, only the bowed middle. What’s more disappointing is there is no option for me to contact anyone about this to get a replacement.

My immediate concern was that after a day of minimal use, the surface is already cut up from the knives.

It doesn't cut into the board, just surface "scratches.
