This is the 4th epicurean cutting board i've bought (from amazon & local stores). The only downside for me is that it is loud!

These things are incredibly durable. Light, compact, wipe clean, and easy on your knives. My older boards with no feet spin and slip.

This is my second epicurean board and they are nearly indestructible. My only hesitation is the thickness. It's lightweight making it easy to store. The board material is lightweight but hard and solid.

it's nice to have the grooved side for cutting meats. Like trough around perimeter. The juice groove is nice for meats or for pineapple, tomato, citrus, etc.

Boos board smells like formaldehyde when you put food on it. When you put this in the dishwasher, the glue leaches out and coats other dishes. It was never exposed to heat and certainly not put into a dishwasher.

Sturdiness and durability appear to be lacking. And obviously it's overpriced.
