Pros
Epicurean cutting board is lightweight, easy to clean, and store. Fits my dishwasher. The juice well works nicely. Easy on knife edges.
Cons
The board comes with big patches of yellow stain on both sides. This one has a strong chemical odor a bit like formaldehyde. Buy the sage board instead.

Love this chopping board, i wish i bought a bigger size and i’m going to :dvery lightweight and easy to clean
Hand and dishwasher safe, temps to 350°f and easy on knife edges makes this the perfect choice for me.
I chop and mince so much garlic and onions and they just don’t smell.
Ran through the dishwasher several times and the board hasn't warped.
Shipping
It was shipped out in a timely fashion and arrived on time.
However, it did have a chemical smell when it first arrived.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was just a paper bag without box nor even bubbles again!
No packaging at all but only the carrier’s thin plastic bag.

To be honest other than the color becoming a little richer as it aged you can’t tell it’s as old as it is

I have never had to oil it or sand it or do anything other than wipe it down good after use

I thought it was misdelivered but had forgotten that i had grabbed the package set it aside where it got covered up and found it a couple of weeks later
