Epicurean cutting boards are by far my favorite. Bought this for my son & his girlfriend. This is the right size for the counter for multiply uses.

This one with the juice well around the perimeter is great for catching juices. It's reversible so you can use either side you prefer. The groove to hold water is large enough to be useful.

Cons

After 3 years mine are warped, and unsafe due to them now being convex. The boards peel and look chewed up.

This cutting board is sturdy, easy to clean, and does not move around when you use it.

It had wierd odor first time when i rinsed it.

Plastic is great until you cut on it, then it harbors bacteria in the scratches.

Price

I managed to get this size on sale for under $40, but either way.

I love these boards but they are expensive.

I originally bought it at a high end store for 25% more!
